## Description

-   Develop and maintain financial models and analyses across revenues, costs, and funding requirements
-   Support development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and business cases for City services
-   Conduct economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structures, and impact assessments
-   Support definition of funding requirements and phasing, including scenario analysis
-   Provide financial inputs into strategy, operating model, and business planning
-   Track and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across workstreams
-   Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure consistency of financial outputs
-   Support high-level design of finance governance, system and data requirement planning, including inputs on data structures, reporting processes and system needs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
-   Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business planning, or corporate finance within complex organizations or large-scale development projects.
-   6+ relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or economic analysis.
