## Description

Salla is seeking a highly motivated Online Store Expert to join our team.

As an Online Store Expert, you will provide exceptional support to our clients in setting up, managing, and optimizing their e-commerce stores.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping businesses succeed on our platform by guiding them through best practices, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Guide clients in setting up their Salla online stores, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
-   Provide training and support to clients on using the Salla platform effectively.
-   Assist customers in optimizing their product listings and store layout for maximum visibility and sales.
-   Troubleshoot issues related to store functionality and provide timely resolutions.
-   Monitor client performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
-   Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to share with clients.
-   Conduct webinars and workshops to educate clients on various features of the Salla platform.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related customer support role.
-   Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online store management.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
-   Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO and content optimization.
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
-   Fluency in Arabic and English.
