## Description

To Coordinate and communicate with the vessels /Seafarers/Agents and Flag License.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

-   In charge of all official communication to the vessel, agents and technical management offices, consulates, and other offices. Maintain direct officers/ contact with ratings/ supernumerary lined up to join the group of vessels assigned. Updating the crew system for seafarer status to upload RPSL Data.
-   Ensure correct training completed economically. Also, PEME completed in time and certificates connected to joiner in original.
-   Initiation of travel orders and checking of Travel tickets summary.
-   Keeps a track of all follows up post joining (Flag Licenses, Deductions, Early relief family joining expenses etc)
-   Maintain FPE - KPI. Keep the expiry list, vessel and overdue schedule, safe manning check list, excess to budget list updated in the crewing system.
-   Responsible for entering all variable earnings/ Shore side Deductions in the crew system for effective wage accounting.
-   Travel budgets - Plan and club crew changes to ensure economic efficiency**.**

## Requirements

-   Graduate with a relevant degree or diploma in maritime studies, logistics or a related field, ensuring a solid academic foundation to support job responsibilities.
-   Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Junior Fleet Personnel Officer within other reputable shipping companies, demonstrating a proven track record in managing fleet personnel effectively
-   **Specific Business Knowledge:** In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of various types of Flag Licenses, Visa requirements, and regulations applicable to different international ports. This includes familiarity with the administrative procedures, compliance standards, and legal documentation necessary to facilitate smooth operations and crew movements across global maritime jurisdictions.
