## Description

**SWOT Hospitality** is looking to recruit

**HR Administration Officer**

**Your main responsibilities**

-   Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Manager to create the future employee’s folder with all necessary hiring documents.
-   Registration of new hires, Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents.
-   Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process.
-   Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists, etc.) and proceed with submissions of dismissals.
-   Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues.
-   Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so that every seasonal employee can receive unemployment allowance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage
-   Fluency in English is essential
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel
-   Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon, etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage
-   Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
-   Organizational and time management skills
-   Capable of working productively under pressure and with strict deadlines
-   Prioritization and multitasking performance skills
-   Team working skills
-   Reliable and capable of handling sensitive information
-   Capable of maintaining confidentiality
-   Previous experience in a similar position would be much appreciated
