**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepares specialized reports for the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the evaluation of actions
-   Processes, analyses and verifies the accuracy of credit or debit portfolio data, using Excel (functions, pivots, comparative analyses)
-   Monitors the collection of overdue debts and prepares periodic and ad-hoc progress reports and presentations (PowerPoint) for Management and the relevant departments
-   Prepares specifications for the development of reports and collaborates with the relevant teams (IT, external partners, etc.) for the development of reports and the execution of tests (UAT)
-   Contributes to the preparation and drafting of the Collections Department’s monthly presentation, concerning overdue debts, collections, payment arrangements, etc., in collaboration with the other units of the Department

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
-   Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
-   At least two (2) years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting, specifically in analyses, synthesis and conclusions of reports on large volumes of data and creation of report presentations
-   Experience in developing performance measurement indicators and analysis of financial data will be considered an additional qualification
-   Knowledge of Qlik Sense and/or SAP IS-U will be considered an additional qualification
-   Good knowledge of the English language
-   Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
-   Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
