## Description

Level: Devops Lead 

Location: Singapore 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka streaming, and observability tools like Grafana and Kibana. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and security practices relevant to financial institutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

-   \- Lead the DevOps strategy and implementation across banking applications and environments. 

-   \- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices. 

-   \- Manage container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and OpenShift. 

-   \- Implement and monitor Kafka-based streaming solutions for real-time transaction processing. 

-   \- Ensure system reliability and performance through observability tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus. 

-   \- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes. 

-   \- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible. 

-   \- Drive continuous improvement in deployment speed, system uptime, and incident response. 

-   \- Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and security standards. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

-   \- Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), OpenShift, or cloud platforms. 

-   \- Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio). 

-   \- Familiarity with security and compliance in DevOps environments specific to banking.

## Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

-   \- Proven experience as a DevOps Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer in the banking or financial services industry. 

-   \- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift. 

-   \- Expertise in Kafka streaming architecture and implementation. 

-   \- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. 

-   \- Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ELK Stack. 

-   \- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 

-   \- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.). 

-   \- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
