**Family Medicine Physician – Hood River, OR**

Our client is seeking a **Family Medicine Physician** to join a mission-driven FQHC serving a diverse and underserved population in beautiful **Hood River, Oregon**. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while making a meaningful community impact.

**Position Highlights:**

**Qualifications:**

-   MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
-   Active Oregon (or ability to obtain) Medical License & DEA
-   Bilingual (English/Spanish), prenatal care, EPIC experience preferred
-   FQHC or underserved care experience a plus

**Compensation & Benefits:**

-   **$265K Total First-Year Package**

-   $200K base + $40K guarantee + $25K sign-on

-   Relocation assistance ($5K–$10K)
