## Description

**Assembly Operative**

**Location:** Milton Keynes  
**Salary:** £12.71 per hour  
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM  
**Position:** Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for **Assembly Operatives** to join our client’s busy team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent following a successful temporary period.

**The Role**

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Your duties will include:

-   Assembling components and products according to instructions.
-   Using basic hand tools and equipment.
-   Following production and assembly procedures.
-   Checking completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
-   Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
-   Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
-   Following all health and safety procedures.

**About You**

The ideal candidate will:

-   Have good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
-   Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
-   Be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks.
-   Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
-   Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Be physically capable of working in a production environment.
-   Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidate.
