## Description

Senior HR Executive – Job Description  
  
Responsibilities:  
  
Recruitment & Talent Management  
\- Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.  
\- Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.  
  
Employee Relations & Engagement  
\- Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.  
\- Design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.  
\- Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.  
  
Payroll & Leave Administration  
\- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).  
\- Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlement and utilization tracking.  
\- Handle monthly staff claims verification and submission.  
  
HR Documentation & Compliance  
\- Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, contracts, and amendments.  
\- Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmations, and warnings.  
  
HR Strategy & Policy Development  
\- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management system enhancements and HRIS implementation.  
\- Prepare HR analytics and reports for management review.
