### Responsibilities

-   Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
-   Measure openings accurately and prepare job sites for efficient installation.
-   Remove old windows and doors while minimizing damage to surrounding structures.
-   Seal, insulate, and finish installations to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance.
-   Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean, organized work area.

## Requirements

-   1+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
-   Ability to read measurements accurately and use caulking tools, power tools, and levelers safely for residential window and door installation.
-   Knowledge of sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing best practices for residential window and door installation.
-   Experience working professionally with homeowners in occupied homes.
-   Able to carry windows and doors, stand for extended periods, and use ladders safely.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites.
-   Fluent in English.
-   Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-   Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
