## Description

Wellington Park is seeking a motivated, high-energy **Leasing Specialist** to join a dynamic, customer-focused community in Lewisville, TX. You'll be the face of an exceptional apartment community, turning prospects into residents and residents into **long-term members of the Wellington Park family.**

As a key member of our team, you will:

-   Drive **maximum occupancy** and maintain **high renewal rates** through outstanding leasing performance
-   Conduct engaging **apartment showings** that make prospects fall in love with their future home
-   Manage the full leasing cycle — from **move-ins and move-outs** to **lease negotiations and renewals**
-   Ensure all **leasing paperwork and applications** are completed accurately and remain current
-   Build lasting relationships with residents that create a true sense of community
-   Apply your knowledge of **industry concepts, practices, and procedures** to deliver consistent, professional results

## Requirements

**1–2 years of apartment leasing experience** (required)

Bilingual proficiency in **English** and **Spanish** (required)

A passion for **outstanding customer service** and exceeding expectations at every turn

Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** — you're outgoing, friendly, and people gravitate toward you

A **positive, can-do attitude** and the drive to be an indispensable part of a winning team

Availability and willingness to **work weekends**
