## Description

The Scheduler/Project Controls Engineer is responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project schedules from concept through to completion, ensuring clear visibility of progress, critical paths, key interfaces and project risks. The role provides accurate project controls, forecasting and performance insights to support effective decision-making, resource planning and the successful delivery of projects on time and in line with project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Produce and maintain project schedules from project concept to project completion.
-   Monitor planned and actual progress including demonstration of impacting events.
-   Assist stakeholders by highlighting clear critical paths, key interfaces and trade timelines.
-   Provide construction and commissioning teams with clear labour, material and equipment requirements.
-   Coordinate with commercial teams to develop cash flow forecasts and earned value analysis on projects.
-   Provide project insights, translating real time data into concise performance dashboards and reports for project and client needs.
-   Analyse historical project data for improved risk analysis and project forecasting.
-   Assist with the production of reporting and KPI analysis.

**Qualifications**

-   Diploma or higher qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum 1 years’ experience in construction scheduling using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project.
-   Understanding of construction contracts and client requirements.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate effectively across multiple high-performing teams.
-   Dynamic and motivated, with the ability to work independently when required.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
