يمنحكِ برنامج شروق فرصة لاستكمال مسيرتكِ المهنية بعد الانقطاع الاختياري عن العمل، من خلال تجربة تساعدكِ على تطوير مهاراتكِ، سد فجوات المعرفة، واستعادة ثقتكِ للعودة إلى بيئة العمل.

**طوّري مهاراتكِ واستعدّي للعودة**

استفيدي من برامج تدريبية تجمع بين المهارات العملية والشخصية، لتتمكني من العودة إلى عالم الشركات.

### **تعلّمي مع مرشدكِ**

احصلي على التوجيه والدعم من مرشد يساعدكِ على خوض رحلتكِ الجديدة والاستفادة من إمكاناتكِ.

### **اكتسبي خبرة عملية**

احصلي على فرصة للتدريب العملي معنا أو لدى أحد شركائنا، وطبّقي مهاراتكِ في بيئة عمل حقيقية.

### **هل تنطبق عليكِ الشروط؟**

للانضمام إلى البرنامج، يجب أن تتوفّر لديكِ الشروط التالية:

●       أن تكوني سيدة.

●       أن تكوني قد انقطعتِ عن العمل بشكل اختياري لمدة 4 سنوات كاملة أو أكثر.

●       أن تكون لديكِ مهارات مميزة في التواصل والتحليل.

●       امتلاك خبرة عملية لمدة 4 سنوات أو أكثر.

●       الحصول على شهادة جامعية أو درجة علمية أعلى.

قدّمي طلبكِ قبل 2026/9/22 للانضمام إلى دفعة عام 2026.

**Shorouq Career Comeback Program**

**Your first step back into your career**

The Shorouq Program gives you the opportunity to continue your career after taking a voluntary break from work. Through the program, you’ll develop your skills, refresh your knowledge, and regain the confidence to return to the workplace.

**Build your skills and prepare to return**

Take part in training sessions that combine practical and personal skills to prepare you for your return to the workplace.

**Learn with a mentor**

Get guidance and support from a mentor who will be with you along the way and help you make the most of your potential.

**Gain practical experience**

Get the opportunity to complete an internship with us or one of our partners, where you can put your skills into practice in a real work environment.

**Are you eligible?**

To join the program, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

●       Be a woman.

●       Have taken a voluntary career break of at least 4 full years.

●       Have strong communication and analytical skills.

●       Have at least 4 years of work experience.

●       Hold a university degree or higher qualification.
