**£40 per hour - contract**

Lightbox Health Club is a premium boutique health club opening in Ravenscourt Park, bringing together Reformer Pilates, Functional Fitness and Recovery under one roof.

Our studio features twelve premium reformers in a beautifully designed space where exceptional coaching and member experience come first.

We're looking for an exceptional Reformer Pilates Coach to help create an outstanding member experience from day one.

This is an opportunity to join a business that places coaching quality at the centre of everything it does. As a founding instructor, you'll play an important role in shaping our Pilates offering and building a loyal member community.

**What you'll do**

Deliver exceptional group Reformer Pilates classes.

Create a welcoming, motivating and inclusive environment.

Coach safely and confidently across a range of abilities.

Inspire members to progress through consistent, high-quality coaching.

Deliver thoughtfully programmed classes while contributing ideas to help evolve the Pilates experience at Lightbox.

Help create a premium studio experience that members look forward to every week.

Represent the Lightbox brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

## Requirements

-   Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
-   Experience delivering high-quality group Reformer classes.
-   Excellent communication and coaching skills.
-   Strong understanding of movement quality, technique and progression.
-   Positive, energetic and professional approach.
-   Passion for helping people move and feel better.
-   Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering an exceptional member experience.
-   Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of a rotating timetable.
