## Description

Meraki Group is seeking an experienced and capable **Façade Site Supervisor** to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for overseeing the installation of façade systems on-site, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams of workers, managing daily operations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to the installation of façade systems.
-   Inspect work-in-progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
-   Lead, mentor, and guide installation teams while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
-   Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
-   Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to address issues and provide updates on progress.
-   Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, labor hours, and materials used.
-   Enforce safety and health regulations on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and audits.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising site operations, particularly in façade installation.
-   Strong understanding of façade systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
-   Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
-   Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
-   Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively on-site.
