KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, dedicated to providing comprehensive facility management solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' properties. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team.

The Facility Manager is responsible to oversee all building-related activities by preserving a good condition of infrastructure and ensure that all building facilities are safe and well functioning.

The Facilities Manager has the overall responsibility for overseeing the implementation of policies, building insurance, PPM work, Documentation, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities, placing maximum emphasis on leading a staff in the positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. MEP (must be an engineer- preferably civil)
-   Proven 5-7 years experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations.
-   Solid experience in Contract negotiations and contracts management
-   Solid understanding of insurance claims
-   Excellent leadership and people management skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Customer service-oriented mindset.
-   Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
