## Description

Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is looking for a **Senior Technical Superintendent** to enhance our client's operational efficiency for offshore vessels.

-   Oversee the operational and technical performance of offshore fleets.
-   Lead the technical team ensuring high standards in maintenance and repairs.
-   Plan and manage dry-docking projects and periodic maintenance schedules.
-   Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and environmental standards.
-   Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and vendors.
-   Conduct audits and inspections for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
-   Review technical reports and recommend necessary actions.
-   Assist in budget planning and cost control for vessel operations.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
-   Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical management of offshore vessels.
-   Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing technical teams.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
-   Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.
-   Preferred certification as a Class 1 Marine Engineer or equivalent.
