## Description

### Receiving Lead – Warehouse

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM  
**Pay:** $17.00 per hour

### Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable **Receiving Lead** to oversee the daily receiving operations of our client's warehouse. This position is responsible for ensuring incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and processed while leading the receiving team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and support the warehouse receiving team.
-   Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
-   Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory.
-   Ensure products are labeled, documented, and stored in the correct locations.
-   Maintain accurate inventory records and complete receiving paperwork.
-   Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments.
-   Train new team members on receiving procedures and safety standards.
-   Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
-   Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping issues to management.

## Requirements

-   Previous warehouse or receiving experience required.

-   Prior leadership or supervisory experience Required.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
-   Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
-   Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and any required background check.
-   Must have previous leadership or supervisory experience managing a team of 6–7 employees.

## Benefits

Starting pay is $17 an hour. This is a **temp-to-hire** position with the opportunity to become a full-time employee and receive additional benefits upon permanent hire.
