We are currently looking for an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to join an industrial and commercial electrical installation project in Hampshire on an initial **8-week contract**.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise electrical installation works across an industrial/commercial project.
-   Manage and coordinate electricians and electrical improvers on site.
-   Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
-   Read and interpret electrical drawings, including **SLD and BCD drawings**.
-   Monitor workmanship, quality and productivity.
-   Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with current health & safety requirements.
-   Coordinate with other trades, site management and project teams.
-   Assist with resolving technical and site-based issues.
-   Maintain accurate site records and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
-   Ensure electrical works comply with **BS7671 / 18th Edition** requirements.

## Requirements

### Essential Requirements

-   **Gold CSCS Card** – essential.
-   Proven experience working as an **Electrical Supervisor**.
-   Strong industrial and/or commercial electrical installation background.
-   **18th Edition BS7671**.
-   Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
-   Previous experience supervising electrical teams.
-   Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
-   Full UK driving licence.
-   Right to work in the UK.
-   Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate a site team effectively.

### Desirable Qualifications / Experience

-   ECS qualification/card.
-   EUSR / Water Hygiene.
-   Thames Water Passport.
-   Inspection & Testing experience.
-   IPAF.
-   Confined Space.
-   Previous experience working within the **utilities sector**.
-   Experience with MEICA installation projects.
