## Description

### Myth vs Reality — the leadership season edition

**MYTH:** “It’s just the same as entertainer — just with a different title.”
**REALITY:** You are responsible for the team. You coordinate daily programs, guide entertainers, and make sure activities actually run smoothly.

**MYTH:** “You’ll mostly relax in the sun.”
**REALITY:** You relocate to Greece for a full season and take ownership of the entertainment operation. You’re not just participating — you’re leading.

**MYTH:** “Leadership in a holiday resort isn’t serious.”
**REALITY:** You manage schedules, support rehearsals, organize activity planning, and communicate with hotel management. Structure matters.

**MYTH:** “You need to be a strict boss.”
**REALITY:** You lead by example. You motivate, support and coach your team — while still being part of it. You’re active in activities and evening programs.

**MYTH:** “It’s chaotic fun.”
**REALITY:** It’s structured fun. There’s a weekly plan, daily briefings, show preparation and coordination behind the scenes.

**MYTH:** “You’ll be alone with responsibility.”
**REALITY:** You are supported by hotel management and work with an international team. You create team spirit — but you’re not isolated.

**MYTH:** “Moving abroad for a season is complicated.”
**REALITY:** Accommodation is arranged before arrival. You live on-site or near the hotel. Meals are included. No apartment hunting, no deposits, no daily grocery costs.

**MYTH:** “It’s just about partying.”
**REALITY:** Yes, it’s Greece — warm nights, beach sunsets, music, social life. But during the day you are responsible for guest experience and team coordination. It’s leadership with a holiday backdrop.

**MYTH:** “It’s temporary, so it doesn’t matter.”
**REALITY:** For many, this is the step from entertainer to supervisor. It’s real responsibility, real management experience — in an international hotel environment.

**Important:** This position is **based in Greece**. You relocate for the full season and live where others spend their holidays. EU passport required.
