## Description

Role Overview  
We are seeking a hands-on Quantitative Trader to manage and enhance systematic trading strategies in a live market environment. This role focuses on execution, optimization, and disciplined risk management within highly liquid instruments.

Key Responsibilities  
• Execute systematic trading strategies on live accounts, either independently or within defined frameworks  
• Adapt or improve existing models, and contribute new ideas where applicable  
• Conduct backtesting and performance validation using trading platforms or programming tools  
• Monitor live performance and adjust parameters in line with risk guidelines  
• Apply structured risk controls during periods of heightened market volatility  
• Review trading outcomes regularly and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements  
• 2–5 years of experience in systematic or algorithmic trading (FX, commodities, or similar markets)  
• Prior exposure to live trading environments with real capital  
• Good understanding of fast-moving markets and price behavior under different conditions  
• Ability to evaluate strategy performance, including drawdown and consistency  
• Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) or data analysis tools (e.g., Python)  
• Strong discipline in execution and risk management
