### Overview

Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable **Senior Caregiver** in the **Albuquerque, NM area** to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference every day by helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life in their homes through support with **activities of daily living (ADLs)** and daily care needs.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
-   Follow individualized care plans and delegated care instructions
-   Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and positioning from bed, chair, or wheelchair
-   Support medication reminders and care plan instructions per agency guidelines
-   Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
-   Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
-   Escort or transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
-   Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the clinical team

### Qualifications

-   Must be at least 18 years of age
-   Previous caregiving experience preferred
-   Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
-   Strong communication and observational skills
-   **Must have a current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance**
-   Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas
