We're looking for Dutch**\-**speaking Customer Support Representatives to join one of our international clients in Bulgaria. Whether you're already living in Bulgaria or planning to relocate, this is a great opportunity to build your career while enjoying a lower cost of living and a great work-life balance.

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist Dutch-speaking customers by providing professional, friendly, and efficient support. Depending on the project, remote work from anywhere in Bulgaria may be available, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of an international team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
-   Assist customers with questions, product information, and issue resolution.
-   Deliver accurate, professional, and customer-focused support.
-   Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
-   Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
-   Meet quality standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
-   Good English skills (B2 or higher).
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
-   Comfortable using computers and multiple applications.
-   Eligible to work in Bulgaria or willing to relocate.
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
