Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking German-Speaking Software Customer Experts to join our expanding team in Greece, with a paid relocation package included. This position is ideal for individuals fluent in German who have a passion for software support and customer service. You will be the go-to expert assisting customers with software-related inquiries while enjoying a vibrant lifestyle in Greece.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality software support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly and efficiently.
-   Guide users through software features, installations, and updates to maximize customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and issues.
-   Work closely with technical and development teams to escalate and resolve advanced software problems.
-   Keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and company products.

## Requirements

-   Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
-   Technical aptitude and previous experience in software customer support or a related field.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
-   Enthusiastic, team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.
-   Open to relocating and adapting to life in Greece.
