## Description

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Manage Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects, including HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments.  
\- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from commencement to completion.  
\- Manage project schedule, manpower allocation, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure timely project delivery.  
\- Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and relevant authorities on project matters.  
\- Attend site meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings.  
\- Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements.  
\- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract requirements.  
\- Ensure all P&S works comply with PUB, BCA, and relevant statutory requirements.  
\- Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth project execution.  
\- Monitor project cost and variation works in coordination with the QS team.  
\- Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards, and timeline.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.  
\- Minimum 1 year of project management experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.  
\- Proven experience managing new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments.  
\- Experience working with P&S subcontractors in Singapore is preferred.  
\- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project coordination, and site management.  
\- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
