## Description

GEMS International School Cairo is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly motivated **Front of House Team Member** to join our team immediately.

As the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, the Front of House Team Member plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone entering our school community. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff with a warm and helpful attitude.
-   Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
-   Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
-   Maintain the reception area in an organized and welcoming condition.
-   Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed to help smooth daily operations.
-   Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and effective workflow.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
-   The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
-   Previous customer service, reception, or front-of-house experience (preferred).
-   excellent level of English.
