## Description

**O’Hagan Meyer** is seeking an **Of Counsel** attorney with extensive experience in **Labor & Employment** litigation to join its team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and a proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

## Requirements

-   Licensed attorney with a California bar license
-   Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
-   Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
-   Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** $200,000 to $230,000
