## Description

**See what you can do with Prophix**

Finance teams across 100+ countries use Prophix One™ to replace manual processes with intelligent planning, reporting, and automation. We are a globally connected team with deep UK roots and we are growing. If you are looking for a role where your work reaches customers across industries and borders, and where the people around you are invested in doing great work, this is worth reading.

We have teams and offices across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia. Trusted by more than 3,000 finance teams across 100+ countries, Prophix One™ is built for organisations that want to plan smarter and move faster.

As Strategic Managed Services and Partnerships Lead EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Prophix scales its Managed Services ecosystem across the region. You will consolidate and elevate Prophix's existing relationships with the Big 4, mid-tier accounting firms, and specialist finance consultancies - transforming country-level engagements into strategic, multi-country partnerships that generate recurring revenue. Working closely with Partner, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build a repeatable Managed Services business model that empowers advisory firms to deliver finance-led managed service offerings powered by Prophix One™.

**What You Will Do**

- Consolidate and coordinate Prophix's existing Big 4 and advisory firm relationships across EMEA, expanding successful country-level engagements into regional and pan-EMEA Managed Services programmes with signed joint business plans.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within the Big 4, mid-market advisory firms, and specialist finance consultancies, building joint business plans centred on recurring Managed Services revenue.
- Identify and engage new advisory firms capable of delivering Managed Services powered by Prophix, positioning Prophix as the preferred technology platform for finance managed services across the region.
- Own and deliver an individual Managed Services revenue target, with accountability for both pipeline generation and closed revenue - with a specific focus on activating partners not previously generating MSP revenue for Prophix Work alongside Prophix Sales Account Executives to progress and close opportunities.
- Build repeatable partner engagement, onboarding, and enablement processes, partnering with Marketing to develop collateral, case studies, and commercial frameworks that scale across EMEA.
- Support partners through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ensuring they successfully launch their Managed Service practices and drive downstream pipeline for their services.
- Act as the internal champion for Managed Services, coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Legal, and Marketing to remove barriers to growth and help establish scalable processes across the region.
- Provide market feedback to influence product and commercial strategy, sharing best practices and success stories across territories to continuously improve the Managed Services proposition.

## Requirements

**What You Will Bring**

We hire for potential as much as experience. If this role excites you but you don’t check every box, we still want to hear from you. At Prophix, people who ask good questions, adapt quickly, and bring a fresh perspective often make the biggest impact.

- Experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS environments, with an understanding of partner-led and channel business models including Managed Services.
- Proven experience working with large consulting, advisory, or accounting firms — including navigating complex organisational structures and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at C-suite and Partner level within major advisory organisations.
- Track record of launching new go-to-market initiatives, ideally within a partner or channel context, and driving them from concept through to commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience owning and delivering against revenue targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across EMEA to develop and maintain partner relationships.
- Understanding of how finance transformation projects get scoped and sold within advisory firms.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, and data review
- Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve.

- Must  have the right to work in the UK

- Existing relationships within the Big 4 or other major advisory firms across EMEA, enabling faster activation of the partner ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Managed Services commercial frameworks, including recurring revenue models and partner economics.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets, with an understanding of how partnership norms, decision-making styles, and business relationship expectations differ by country.
- European language skills, particularly French, are a plus but not a requirement.
