### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding their online marketplace experience, providing solutions and guidance.
-   Document customer interactions efficiently in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service-level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about platform features and updates.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You _must_ ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
-   Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
