### **Sales Manager (Telemarketing & Email Campaigns)**

**Location:** Full-Time | Remote

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead and manage a remote sales group focused on **telemarketing and email outreach**. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing sales operations using CRM tools.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and lead a remote sales team
-   Oversee telemarketing and email sales campaigns
-   Track leads, pipelines, and performance using **HubSpot CRM**
-   Develop and improve sales processes and scripts
-   Monitor KPIs and ensure sales targets are met
-   Train, motivate, and support sales team members

### **Requirements**

-   Proven experience in **sales management**, telemarketing, and email sales
-   Strong hands-on experience with **HubSpot CRM** (required)
-   **Fluent English** (spoken and written)
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills
-   Ability to work independently in a **remote, full-time** role
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills
