## Description

**Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental practice in Shelby Township, MI, to find an experienced Dental Assistant to join their established team.**

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a close-knit, highly experienced environment and has a strong background in **surgical procedures and implant dentistry**.

**What You'll Do**

-   Assist with surgical and implant dentistry procedures
-   Prepare and organize surgical instruments, materials, and treatment rooms
-   Obtain and coordinate medical clearances
-   Support the dentist and clinical team throughout procedures
-   Provide exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
-   Stay organized and maintain excellent time management in a busy environment
-   Communicate effectively with patients and team members

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   3+ years of dental assisting experience required
-   Experience with surgical procedures and implant dentistry
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills
-   Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
-   Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
-   Calm and level-headed when the office gets busy
-   OpenDental experience preferred

**Schedule**

-   **Monday & Thursday:** 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-   **Tuesday & Wednesday:** 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
