We're looking for an experienced **Senior Game QA** who is passionate about casual puzzle games and takes pride in delivering exceptional player experiences. As a key member of the team, you will own the quality of the game, establish strong QA practices, and work closely with Product, Design, Art, and Engineering to ensure every feature and release meets a high quality bar.

### What You'll Do

**Own Game Quality**

- **Own the overall quality of the game**, ensuring every feature, system, level, and release delivers a polished player experience.
- **Drive quality throughout development** by identifying risks early and proactively raising potential issues before they reach players.
- Define and continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release checklists as the game evolves.

**Gameplay & Level Validation**

- Test game features, systems, LiveOps events, and levels across iOS and Android for functionality, stability, performance, and overall player experience.
- **Validate level logic, progression, difficulty, win and lose conditions, and gameplay balance**, identifying edge cases and player friction.
- Ensure gameplay quality remains consistent across all content and proactively identify design inconsistencies or usability issues.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

- **Partner closely with Product Managers** to understand feature goals, challenge assumptions, and ensure features achieve the intended player experience.
- Work closely with Engineers to prioritise issues, verify fixes, and assess release readiness.
- Collaborate with the Art team to identify visual, UI, and presentation issues that impact player experience.

**Bug Reporting & Quality Improvement**

- Write clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports with reproduction steps, expected versus actual behaviour, severity assessment, and supporting evidence.
- **Build and maintain comprehensive test cases, regression suites, and QA documentation.**
- Continuously improve testing efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality through better processes and best practices.

### What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Game Quality Assurance on live mobile games.
- Experience owning the QA process for mobile games from feature development through LiveOps and release.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, exploratory testing, regression testing, and release management.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle gameplay issues, edge cases, and quality risks.
- Strong analytical thinking with a player-first mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions when quality can be improved.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Product, Art, and Engineering teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
- A genuine passion for casual puzzle games and a deep understanding of what makes them enjoyable and engaging for players.

### Application Requirement
