## Description

VP, IT Infrastructure & Support (Banking)  
  
Join a leading financial institution in a high-impact standalone IT leadership role driving Singapore operations and infrastructure stability. Take ownership of enterprise IT operations while leading infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity governance, vendor management, and business-critical technology initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Singapore and China, gaining strong visibility and career growth opportunities.  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Manage daily infrastructure operations, troubleshoot issues, ensure stable systems, security compliance, and seamless business continuity.  
\- Lead IT projects, deployments, upgrades, vendor coordination, and operational improvements to support evolving organizational technology requirements.  
\- Develop security policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures aligned with banking regulations and industry standards.  
\- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.  
\- Supervise outsourced support resources, manage budgets effectively, and maintain reliable enterprise-wide IT infrastructure environments.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 5 years of infrastructure or IT operations experience within banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.  
\- Strong technical expertise supporting servers, networks, end-user computing, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations independently.  
\- Proven leadership experience managing vendors, mentoring teams, driving projects, and supporting senior business stakeholders effectively.  
\- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex infrastructure incidents while maintaining operational stability and service reliability.  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with strong professional communication abilities.
