## Description

-   Provide support in managing employee records and HR information systems.
-   Assist with HR administrative tasks including recruitment support and documentation management.
-   Help coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
-   Contribute to the administration of performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
-   Support organizational development projects and cultural activities.
-   Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and foster a positive workplace environment.

## Requirements

-   Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
