## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Email Marketing Specialist** for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences
-   Manage and grow email subscriber lists with a focus on hygiene and deliverability
-   Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, layouts and send times
-   Analyse campaign performance and report on open rates, clicks and revenue attribution
-   Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email creative
-   Optimise email workflows and automation journeys in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot

Requirements

-   3+ years of email marketing experience
-   Expert proficiency in email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot
-   Strong copywriting skills and understanding of email design best practices
-   Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting abilities
-   Good understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance requirements
