## Description

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced and mature **Delivery Director** with a strong background in **SLED/FED (State, Local, Education, and Federal) staffing**. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large offshore delivery teams supporting **MSP-driven and direct agency clients** across the U.S. public sector.

This role requires strong leadership, operational rigor, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure consistent delivery excellence, compliance, and scalability across multiple accounts.

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Client & Delivery Management**

-   Lead end-to-end staffing delivery for SLED/FED public-sector clients through MSPs and direct agency engagements.
-   Act as the primary offshore delivery owner, ensuring achievement of all performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
-   Build and maintain strong working relationships with MSP program managers, onshore account leaders, and client stakeholders.
-   Ensure high-quality candidate submittals, healthy interview-to-hire ratios, and timely onboarding.
-   Drive delivery governance, reporting cadence, and process alignment with client expectations.

### **Team Leadership**

-   Lead, mentor, and scale a delivery organization of **30–45 professionals**, including recruiters, team leads, and account managers, across multiple verticals (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Engineering, and Administrative).
-   Establish structured training programs, mentoring frameworks, and KPI-driven performance management.
-   Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

### **Operational & Strategic Leadership**

-   Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, new requisition categories, and process optimization initiatives.
-   Leverage MSP platforms such as **Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa, PeopleFluent, and SAP Ariba**, along with internal ATS tools including **JobDiva, Ceipal, and JobTwine**.
-   Support RFP/RFI responses, new client transitions, and participate in **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)** and leadership discussions.
-   Monitor and improve key delivery metrics, including fill rates, submittal-to-hire ratios, and recruiter productivity.
-   Ensure high standards of reporting accuracy, data hygiene, and SLA compliance.
-   Oversee gross margin control, pay-to-bill alignment, and delivery efficiency optimization.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   9+ years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment, with **3–5 years focused on SLED/FED or public-sector clients**.
-   Strong experience working with MSPs and direct government agencies.
-   Proven track record of managing large offshore delivery teams (30–45 headcount).
-   Solid understanding of U.S. public-sector procurement processes, compliance standards, and contracting frameworks.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
-   Strong analytical mindset with exposure to automation, AI-driven tools, and data-led recruiting platforms.
