Raine & Horne Marrickville | Dulwich Hill has been successfully selling & leasing property in Sydney's Inner West for over 40 years. Our office is located in the heart of the Inner West.

## Requirements

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and listing through to negotiation and settlement. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Prospect for new listings and grow your client base
-   Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
-   Manage buyer enquiries and inspections
-   Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
-   Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
-   Stay up to date with local market trends
-   Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve targets

**What We’re Looking For**

-   Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
-   Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not essential)
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills
-   Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
-   Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
-   Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
