## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Montana

**Position Overview**

This role is designed for therapists who value structure, clarity, and consistent client work. You will provide ongoing mental health therapy in a virtual setting, supporting individuals through assessment, goal-setting, and continued care.

**Duties**

-   Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments
-   Create and update individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Follow established clinical and ethical guidelines

## Requirements

-   Active Montana LMFT, LCSW and LCPC license in good standing
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   Experience providing mental health therapy to adults
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
