We’re now looking for a passionate **Product Specialist (New Grad)** to join our dynamic team in **Istanbul**. This is an **on-site role**, requiring you to work **5 days a week** from our office in **Levent**.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for midcore games and the FPS genre. We highly encourage you to **get familiar with both of our games before you apply** and complete your application only if you’re genuinely excited to play them extensively and dive deep into their mechanics.

  
  
**Responsibilities**

-   Work collaboratively with developers and artists to ensure successful updates
-   Test for user experience, functionality, and performance
-   Deconstruct competing games and provide reference videos, screenshots, etc.
-   Analyze game analytics to improve the player experience and KPIs
-   Optimize the product development process

## Requirements

-   Available for full-time employment starting from July 2026 upon graduation
-   Excellent analytical and logical capabilities
-   Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to iterate and improve
-   Passion for mobile games to increase player engagement, retention, and monetization
-   Ability to understand and think creatively about the most engaging game features
-   Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
