**Role Overview**

We are looking for experienced **Frontend UI Engineers** to support a remote contractor project focused on building precise, visually consistent web interfaces. This role is ideal for engineers who are strong in **TypeScript, CSS3, responsive design, and pixel-perfect implementation** from screenshots, component guides, and design references.

You will contribute your frontend expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong frontend engineering judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret design specifications accurately are essential.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor

**COMMITMENT:** Hourly/Part-time

**LOCATION:** Remote

**PROCESS:** Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection

**HOURLY RATE:** $35 - $50/h

**Responsibilities**

-   Translate component style guides and UI screenshots into **pixel-perfect web interfaces**
-   Build responsive frontend components using **TypeScript and CSS3**
-   Ensure UI elements follow design systems, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards
-   Identify inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications
-   Document implementation decisions clearly in a remote-first workflow
-   Provide constructive technical feedback on UI quality and feasibility
-   Optimize interface performance across devices and screen sizes
-   Support AI model training through high-quality frontend engineering input

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of professional frontend engineering experience
-   Strong proficiency with **TypeScript**
-   Strong proficiency with **CSS3** and responsive web design
-   Proven experience building **pixel-perfect interfaces** from screenshots or visual references
-   Experience working with component libraries, style guides, or design systems
-   Ability to identify UI inconsistencies and implementation gaps
