- Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project teams to maintain installation sequencing and achieve project milestones.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, and installation progress while proactively identifying and resolving schedule constraints.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and installation readiness to support efficient project execution.
- Promote and enforce project safety requirements while maintaining a strong culture of quality and accountability.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to support inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and quality verification.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, fire protection, architectural, and commissioning teams to ensure successful system integration.
- Maintain field documentation, daily reports, manpower tracking, deficiency logs, and turnover readiness updates using Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and related construction management platforms.
- Support phased data hall turnover, owner acceptance, and project closeout to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical connectivity systems.
