## Description

As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing client relationships, and guiding project teams towards the successful delivery of consulting engagements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that project objectives are met, while also contributing to business development and the internal growth of the company.

## Requirements

**Experience:** 5-8 years of experience in consulting,  with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields.

**Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects to successful outcomes.

**Client Management:** Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Project Management:** Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.

**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
