### Role Objective

Our client is seeking a high‑level **Content & Growth Manager** to lead the expansion of our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in driving audience growth, building scalable systems, and ensuring consistent, high‑impact content distribution.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Audience Growth & Engagement**

-   Drive measurable growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
-   Develop platform‑specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

-   **Content Strategy & Ideation**

-   Generate creative content ideas, viral hooks, and storytelling formats.
-   Align content with brand positioning and audience insights.

-   **Workflow & Team Coordination**

-   Manage and coordinate freelance editors and content creators.
-   Establish repeatable systems for content production, editing, and distribution.
-   Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of content.

-   **Performance & Optimization**

-   Track KPIs across platforms and optimize based on analytics.
-   Experiment with growth tactics and emerging trends.
