### What You'll Do

-   Source and convert warm leads into new business — **no cold calling required**
-   Focus 90% of your time on new customer acquisition
-   Serve and grow our expanding Spanish-speaking client base
-   Provide initial customer service and support for your book of business through the first renewal
-   Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value
-   Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching, in-office

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Mesa, AZ
-   Sales experience required
-   Must already hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license and an active Life & Health insurance license
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Spanish proficiency is a plus

## Benefits

**Benefits**

-   Base salary: **$80,000-$120,000 per year**
-   401(k) with company match
-   Health insurance stipend up to $300/month
