## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets our strict community standards and guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and assess user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
-   Accurately classify content and make informed decisions based on established moderation protocols.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation effectiveness.
-   Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation strategies and processes.
-   Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and online community standards.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
