Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is on the lookout for a Norwegian Speaking Fashion Customer Support Agent to become part of a prestigious fashion brand's team. ### Responsibilities

-   Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, orders, and general brand-related questions via phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and complex inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
-   Gather customer feedback for service and product enhancements and suggest improvements to the team.
-   Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion industry, is preferred.
-   Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
-   A keen eye for trends and an understanding of the fashion market.
-   Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
-   A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
