This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, assisting German-speaking clients with their inquiries and supporting them with innovative tech solutions.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding tech products and services.
-   Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
-   Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
-   Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tech solutions.
-   Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
-   Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech or technology sector.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
