## Requirements

### What You’ll Do:

Work with VIP clients:

-   Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;
-   Formation of a commercial offer to the client;
-   Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;
-   Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;
-   Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)

### What We’re Looking For:

-   **English Proficiency:** Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
-   **Russian Proficiency:** Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
-   **Soft Skills:** Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
-   **Quick Learner:** Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
-   **Travel Knowledge:** Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
-   **Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations:** countries in Europe, Asia.

-   **Tech Requirements:** A functioning computer and microphone.
