### Your Role

As a Danish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-focused approach will enhance the overall experience for our Danish clients.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat promptly and effectively.
-   Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
-   Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
-   Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service technologies.
