**Graduate Programme | September Start | Hybrid Role (across London & Woking)**

**Positions available:** Two

**Programme length:** Two years

**Start date:** 1st of September

We are looking for two ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Programme, commencing on September 1st.

This **two-year programme** is designed to give you broad exposure across a range of teams, departments and business functions, helping you build the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to shape a successful career in the fintech sector.

**Please note:** This is a hybrid role, and during the programme you will be required to work from both our **London (Soho)** and **Woking** offices, depending on your rotation.

### **About the programme**

Our Graduate Programme is structured around **four six-month placements**, allowing you to experience different knowledge centres across the business. Each placement is designed to broaden your understanding of how a **f**ast-paced, innovative fintech organisation operates, while helping you identify where your strengths, interests and future career ambitions lie.

Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills and work alongside knowledgeable colleagues across a variety of specialist areas.

Previous graduates have gone on to build successful careers in areas including **data, marketing, commercial, investment** and other key business functions.
